remote trading is a major trading method in china's futures market. the network communication systems carrying remote transactions are the critical infrastructure protecting the safe, reliable and stable operation of the futures market. shanghai futures exchange (called as the exchange or shfe for short) currently has "three centers in two cities", including shanghai futures building data center and zhangjiang data center, and beijing offsite disaster recovery data center. both the two data centers in shanghai can achieve transaction remote access, providing atm and sdh special-link access for members and information service providers. the communication access facilities of futures building data center and zhangjiang data center compose the integrated access platform of shanghai futures exchange.
technical service work includes two links -- link access and opening as well as fault warranty, mainly related to the member and information service provider link access opening procedures and the member and information service provider fault warranty procedures.
